Wireless Motion Detector​

The Wireless Motion Detector is a passive infrared (PIR) motion sensor designed for use with PowerG-compatible alarm systems. It is highly effective in detecting motion using fresnel and cylindrical lenses, and it can actively distinguish between humans and other motion sources.

As a PIR motion, the PG9914 monitors its field of view for changes in passive infrared energy that are caused by movement in the area. The sensor does this using effective and reliable fresnel and cylindrical lenses. If a significant change in Infrared energy is detected, the sensor will send an alert to the alarm system to let it know that there is motion present. The system will then perform the programmed response for that zone. Pairable with the IQ Panel 2+ (QS9201-1208-840)
